Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Servers/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming setting for all guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a positive experience in a fast-paced setting. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems are highly valued. Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Engage with customers in a friendly, skilled manner to enhance their experience
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations
Restock bar supplies as needed during shifts to ensure smooth service flow
Assist in serving food when required, supporting overall restaurant operations




Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify customer identification as necessary
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction

Requirements
Latest Smart serve a must.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, especially in a bar or restaurant setting
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following legal guidelines
Positive communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
