Looking for a huge coffee nerd interested in the ins and outs of espresso to join our dynamic team as a Senior Barista and become a vital part of creating memorable coffee experiences for our customers!

In this lively role, you will lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing a range of coffee drinks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming setting where guests feel valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide outstanding service to enhance their experience
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards
Support food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality
Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices in serving, food prep, and customer engagement

Skills
Proven experience as a Barista with robust knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation
Solid understanding of the food industry standards related to food safety, handling, and sanitation
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Experience in serving, food preparation, and food service settings is highly desirable

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
