Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency
Cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, maintaining consistency and quality
Assist with food handling duties, including proper storage, sanitation, and safety procedures
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders seamlessly
Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations
Follow proper meal preparation techniques to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences that delight guests
Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in a professional kitchen
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Robust attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality food presentation
