As a result of continued growth, Brandt Development Ltd. we are currently seeking skilled, motivated and safety-focused labourers with hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with metal fabrication, cutting, grinding, and assembly of components.
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Support installation in field work environments.
Work at heights using aerial work platforms (scissor lifts, boom lifts).
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected worksite.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Required Skills
Comfortable working at heights and operating aerial work platforms.




Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read basic drawings/measurements
Physically fit and capable of handling manual labour tasks.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability
Excellent time management skills.
Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communications.

Required Experience
Previous experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments
Valid certification or training in aerial work platforms (AWP)
Safety certifications such as Fall Protection, WHMIS, or First Aid
CWB certified in SMAW all position an asset.
