Harco Developments is one of Calgary's leading landscape construction contractors. For 30 years, Harco has been providing construction services, building and maintaining parks, storm ponds, sports fields, and other green spaces throughout Calgary, Airdrie and the surrounding area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with a team of operators, drivers and labourers to perform different tasks relating to landscape construction at all phases
Operate machinery using a variety of different attachments
Perform the following tasks
Land clearing, stripping, stock piling, rough grading, fine grading, finishing, backfill, loading trucks, etc. to finishing grade
Conduct extensive pre- and post-use inspections on equipment
Experience and Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience
Operator must be competent at interpreting plans and reading stakes
Skills should be to finishing grade
Experience operating equipment with the use of GPS technology
Must have the ability to arrive at various job sites around Calgary
Physically fit
Able to work long hours in all conditions
