Duties
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. Your duties will include:
Supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site
Managing and directing subcontractors and other construction workers
Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
Conducting quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
Monitoring project progress and ensuring that work is completed on schedule
Collaborating with project managers to develop project schedule
Providing guidance and support to construction teams, including training on safety protocols and best practices

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading and interpretation




Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of construction workers
Familiarity with quality control procedures to ensure that work meets industry standards
Ability to read schematics and understand technical specifications related to construction projects
