Integrity Waste Solutions is looking for an Operations Manager overseeing Regional collection trucks needed.
Clients are municipal, commercial and industrial.
Familiarity with heavy transport and equipment operation, city P&D;, and dispatch an asset.
Direct interaction with drivers, dispatch and clients on a minute-to-minute basis, willingness to do field inspections and all aspects to ensure service to clients a must; while balancing regular updating in Office tools and programs in an productive and reliable manner.
Oversight and daily interaction with a team including dispatchers, supervisors and shop staff.
Experienced candidates - familiar with high demand environments only.
Current class 3 license or better preferred. Upgrading is also an option but willingness to complete additional training and be self-motivated is key.
Willingness to gain competence at truck and equipment use in order to better assess sites and collection processes is a must.
Salary:
negotiable upon experience
