Duties
Assist with food preparation and cooking in the cafe
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Provide excellent customer service, including upselling and suggestive selling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
Help with inventory management and restocking supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to handle food preparation and follow recipes accurately
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable handling cash transactions and operating a cash register
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and remain calm under pressure
Able to open and close as well as work weekends.
