Responsibilities
Supervise children during before and after school hours, ensuring their safety at all times
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, social skills, and early learning
Provide tutoring support or academic assistance as needed to reinforce classroom lessons
Foster positive behavior by setting clear expectations and modeling respectful interactions
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress and any concerns
Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards
Collaborate with colleagues to develop program activities that meet the diverse needs of children

Requirements




Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Robust skills in tutoring or teaching young learners to support their academic development
Ability to engage children actively while maintaining patience and enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills to connect with children, parents, and team members
Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed
A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a positive learning workplace

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
