A Shift Lead is someone who is in charge of managing one of your working shifts. Shift leads are responsible for completing the duties outlined in the “Baker” job description. Additionally, their duties revolve around direct reports to the general manager. A direct report provides and demonstrates task instructions, manages attendance, and measures key performance indicators. You should keep records and produce reports that will help to review the team’s performance. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for excellence are necessary for success in this role. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Shift Lead Requirements
Flexible schedule
FoodSafe Certified or willing to become certified before start
Previous leadership experience preferred
Notable communication skills
An eye for detail and accuracy
Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic
A team player
Qualified appearance and attitude
Computer literacy
Proactive organizational skills
Ability to keep a positive attitude in a rapid-paced environment
