Summary
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner robust to join our agile team in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality cardiac care and support to our patients, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and treatment options
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
supervise diagnostic tests and interpret results
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Qualifications




Master’s degree in Nursing or related field with a focus on cardiology
Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Canada
Proven experience in acute care settings, particularly within cardiology
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace
Experience with electronic health records (Velox) is preferred.
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is an asset.
