This position is a split shift.

Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills for school-aged children
Provide tutoring and academic support to help children with homework and reinforce classroom lessons
Foster a safe workplace by supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their well-being at all times
Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and support each child's individual needs
Encourage positive behavior through guidance, conflict resolution, and reinforcement of respectful interactions
Maintain clean,



organized activity areas and ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently
Support early childhood education principles by creating inclusive activities that cater to diverse learning styles

Qualifications
Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of early childhood education practices and child development principles
Ability to tutor and teach foundational skills in a fun, engaging manner
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with children, parents, and team members
Demonstrated patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with school-aged children
Relevant certifications or training in childcare or education are a plus but not mandatory
A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs within a lively environment

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
