Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to ensure a positive experience
Support daily store or facility operations by restocking, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets
Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout or service desk
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products or procedures
Assist in managing inventory levels and reporting stock shortages or discrepancies




Contribute to a protected environment by following health and safety protocols at all times

Requirements
Solid communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning new skills and taking on challenges
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
