Duties
Assist experienced collision repair technicians with vehicle repairs, including bodywork and component replacement
Learn to use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively
Support the preparation of vehicles for repair by disassembling damaged parts and assessing repair needs
Participate in sanding, painting prep, and minor cosmetic repairs under supervision
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols and procedures during all repair activities
Gain knowledge of automotive repair processes,
including damage assessment and repair techniques
Qualifications
Dealership or automotive repair experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Strong interest in automotive collision repair and vehicle restoration
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Prior mechanic or collision repair experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Willingness to follow instructions carefully and develop new skills in a fast-paced workplace
