Duties
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversations

Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Utilize strong communication skills to explain product details clearly in multiple languages if applicable
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
Good organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods
Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
