Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales prospects
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, tables, and service stations
Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations




Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly while delivering exceptional guest services
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and order accuracy
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
Basic understanding of food preparation and serving techniques
Hospitality mindset with a passion for providing guest services that exceed expectations
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and work on your feet for extended periods
