With increasing demand and a strong reputation in the community, we’re looking to add an experienced Automotive Service Technician (Shop Foreman) to our team.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated experienced technician who takes pride in their work and is comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Volkswagen experience is a strong asset, but not required for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles
Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
Complete work orders efficiently and to manufacturer standards
Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Stay current with Volkswagen training and technology




Lead a team of 3 technicians

What We’re Looking For
Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a dealership or high-volume shop
Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Experience with Volkswagen/Audi is an asset
Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
Team-oriented with a solid work ethic
The ability to lead a team of technicians
