Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily operations within our dynamic food service environment. Duties
Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts, ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant or food service area
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and serving processes to maintain quality standards
Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Micros POS or similar systems
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and storage
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Assist with interviewing and onboarding current staff members to build a robust team




Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards
Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff
Support kitchen operations, including food preparation and hospitality services

Qualifications
Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively
Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
Skilled in cash handling, food handling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
