We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inbound and Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a compassionate agent who's able to work with clients' needs.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential customers.
Work though existing databases for outbound sales leads.
Present product features and benefits effectively to prospective clients.
Utilize technical sales knowledge to address customer questions and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales processes.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a positive experience.





Skills
Proven experience in a call centre and inbount/outbound phone sales.
Robust communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
Familiarity with telemarketing practices is a plus; although this is NOT a telemarketing role
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour
