Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
Provide knowledgeable advice on technology products, accessories, and solutions
Upsell additional items by understanding customer preferences and needs
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges
Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
Handle cash, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision
Maintain excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism
Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
Experience
Previous retail sales experience, especially in technology or electronics preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
Demonstrated experience in product demos and technical sales techniques
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
Experience in merchandising, cashiering, and customer service roles is advantageous
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
