Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Beverage Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and providing exceptional guest services. As a Beverage Server, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and promoting beverage offerings. Must have Smart Serve license.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly
Provide recommendations on beverages and upsell specials
Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with company standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Uphold a positive attitude and provide excellent guest services
Skills:
Experience in the food industry is preferred at least 1 year.
Proficiency in upselling techniques
Cashiering skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of food service procedures
Robust time management abilities to handle peak hours efficiently
Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling
Excellent guest services skills to enhance customer experience
Willingness to assist in the kitchen when needed
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
Job Types: Full time, Part time
Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
