Responsibilities:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being familiar with all product offerings.
Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and meet operational expectations.
Maintain personal and productivity goals
Connect with each client by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
Be able to learn and share product and trend expertise to meet customer needs.
Maintain knowledge of all products through training.
Contribute to brand awareness by assisting the store manager with social media.

Qualifications:
0 to 3 years of experience in retail.
Confident and comfortable in dealing with customers to provide them with a positive experience.
Motivated to achieve outstanding results through enthusiasm for running.
Autonomous, able to perform tasks or activities with little supervision.
Versatile in its availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
