Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Light Construction Worker to join our team. This position involves assisting with various construction projects, performing a variety of tasks that require technical knowledge and manual dexterity. Duties
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related masonry tasks
Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, and perform carpentry work as needed
Support concrete finishing and masonry work to ensure quality standards are met
Assist with construction painting, restoration projects, and general site cleanup
Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes




Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work workplace throughout projects

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or related fields such as carpentry, masonry, or restoration
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation preferred
Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, tile laying, flooring installation, and electrical work is a plus
Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics and construction plans
Robust attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
Physical capability to lift heavy materials and perform strenuous tasks safely

Pay: $17.26-$23.01 per hour
