Job Summary

Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely food delivery
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster teamwork and high performance
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize kitchen efficiency




Ensure all food served meets quality standards and presentation expectations
Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and specials that excite guests

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant service roles within the food industry
Supervising experience with demonstrated team management skills
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on motivating staff and fostering a positive work workplace
Hands-on kitchen experience with proficiency in various cooking methods and cuisines
Background in restaurant management or hospitality preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $16.85-$18.00 per hour
