Schedule: rotating days, afternoons and nights

Wage: $22.66/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing and production equipment following standard operating procedures
Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are consistently met
Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for inspections
Complete production reports and related documentation accurately
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Follow all workplace health & safety policies and procedures
Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives




Assist with additional production-related duties as required

Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment
Positive attention to detail and quality standards
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required
