We feature fitting and welding, metal forming, saw cutting, painting, assembly departments, and manufacture everything from small components to large structures, sheet metal to heavy plate.Position Summary:TheProduction Schedulerworks with Arrow team members to plan and prepare production schedules, ensuring products are manufactured and delivered in a cost-efficient and timely manner.Key areas of responsibility will include, but not be limited to,
the following:Creation and maintenance of production plan & master schedule per customer demand using ERP systemPlans & prepared production schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, working with sales/accounting/purchasing and manufacturing departments to meet sales forecastsKeep production priorities current, complete, and accurate while maintaining a cross-functional production control teamWork cross-functionally to ensure all labour, material, and operational inputs can support the aligned scheduleGenerate plant forecasting of load and both short-term and long - term available capacity.Generate Master Production Schedules and Manufacturing Orders, forecasting inventory requirements, optimizing inventory levels as well as helping the organization evaluate and implement an inventory management ERP systemReview sales forecasts, customer demands, and schedule production batches based on inventory levels and production lead timeResponsible for accurate raw materials, WIP and finished goods inventory levels; accuracy of product data for finished productAdvises management of the status of work in progress and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.Create and/or organize a production schedule daily and also make sure that every output (level)
