Duties
Oversee daily team activities to ensure productivity, adherence to procedures, and achievement of operational goals
Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement and high performance
Monitor work quality and safety compliance, addressing any issues immediately to maintain a secure workplace
Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and manage workflow to optimize efficiency across shifts
Resolve employee concerns or conflicts swiftly while fostering a positive team atmosphere
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, expectations,



and recognize outstanding performance
Assist in training new hires and developing existing staff through ongoing coaching and mentorship

Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a fast-paced environment
Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills to motivate teams and facilitate clear information flow
Ability to problem-solve quickly and make sound decisions under pressure
Knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures relevant to the industry
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in management or related fields are a plus
