We are looking for a mechanically inclined Production Trimmer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will assist with trimming and sub-assembly work while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities
Perform trimming and sub-assembly tasks according to production requirements.
Use power tools and other equipment safely and effectively.
Read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
Follow production schedules and deadlines to meet daily production goals.
Work efficiently and effectively on a variety of manufacturing tasks.
Scan barcodes for jobs as required.
Complete production and other documentation as required.
Work independently with little or no supervision.
Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with team members.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Grade 12 education.
Previous trimming experience is an asset.
Manufacturing or industry experience is an asset.
Mechanically inclined with the ability to work with hand and power tools.




Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable and committed to meeting production requirements.

Health & Safety Responsibilities
Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), applicable regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Properly use and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report hazards, unsafe conditions, and workplace concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Never remove or disable safety devices or protective equipment.
Follow protected work practices and procedures at all times.
Attend all required health and safety training, including WHMIS and company orientation.
Perform all work in a manner that does not endanger yourself or others.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
