Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and professional Bus Driver to safely operate passenger buses and transport passengers back and forth across the border. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves adhering to traffic laws, maintaining the vehicle, and ensuring a comfortable experience for all passengers. The Bus Driver position offers an opportunity to contribute to community transportation needs while maintaining high standards of safety and reliability.

Responsibilities
Safely operate buses along designated routes, adhering to schedules and traffic laws
Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring their safety and comfort
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus, including checking mechanical systems and safety equipment
Maintain cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and team members regarding route changes or delays
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly for maintenance or repair




Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulations governing commercial driving
Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger questions or concerns professionally

Requirements
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) either a BZ or CZ.
Valid passport to cross the international border.
Proven experience in commercial driving or bus operation preferred
Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks and troubleshoot minor issues
Solid communication skills in English for explicit interaction with passengers and team members
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor
Ability to operate vehicles safely under various weather conditions and traffic situations
Good physical condition to assist passengers if needed and perform routine vehicle inspections
Knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and safety regulations is highly desirable

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
