Job Description Contact Center Automation Engineer IVR, UI/API Automation, Java, Agile Skills Required: Expertise in Contact Center platforms IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer, etc.

Automation testing across UI and APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate, etc. any of them) Agent Desktop Automation Core Java Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse), etc.

Experience working in a structured scaled Agile workplace Requirements Sailpoint
