We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated qualified to join our Finance & Accounting team in an Accounts Receivable role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building positive working relationships, and staying on top of the details in a fast-moving environment.

Accounts Receivable Administrator

Responsibilities Include: Preparing and processing invoices and customer payments





Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on accounts

Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies

Communicating professionally with clients and internal teams

Assisting with reporting and month-end processes

Supporting the Finance & Accounting team with various administrative functions

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring: Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Confidence working independently and within a team environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Accounting knowledge or experience considered an asset

Previous Accounts Receivable experience preferred
