-Work directly with Children in Ratio
Develop/implement themed weekly activities for children preschool age
Monitor program outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the Early Learning and Child Care Act and Regulations
Foster positive relationships with the children and parents of the center.
Qualifications:
Level 3 Early Childcare certifcation
work experience in childcare
organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of individuals, including children, parents, & staff.
Ideas, imagination, and experience creating activities for children and in a lead role with staff
Knowledge of current regulations and best practices that meet the expectations of Alberta childcare Licensing and adhere to the Early Learning and Child Care Act.
