Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and washrooms according to facility standards
Follow infection prevention and control (IPAC) procedures
Properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety guidelines
Ensure resident areas remain clean, secure, and comfortable
Work collaboratively with nursing, dietary, and maintenance teams
Maintain a respectful and professional workplace for residents and staff
