Line Cook & Prep Cook

The Bro'kin Yolk Canmore is hiring motivated, reliable, and hard working people to join our team! Our hours are 7:30am to 1:30pm (Monday to Thursday) & 8am to 2:30 (Friday to Sunday).

Duties:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Ensure that food is prepared consistently and efficiently
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously




Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary
