Responsibilities: Client Management: Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines business, servicing VIP and high-net-worth clientele.

Client Service: Provide expert advice via phone and email, respond promptly to inquiries, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Policy Management: Handle renewals, remarketing, cross-selling, and placement of Auto, Home, Boat, Recreational, and Umbrella policies.

Business Development: Identify and develop recent personal lines business opportunities.





Systems & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC and insurer portals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
