Overview
We are seeking a motivated Motorcycle Journeyman Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles with precision and enthusiasm. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-quality service, helping them enjoy their outdoor adventures to the fullest.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive diagnostics on motorcycle systems to identify issues accurately
Conduct repairs and maintenance using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
Replace or repair engine components, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and other motorcycle parts
Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all repair processes
Document all work performed clearly and thoroughly in service records
Assist in inspecting motorcycles before delivery to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
Qualifications
Proven experience as a motorcycle technician or journeyman with relevant certifications
Strong mechanical knowledge of motorcycle systems and components
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and diagnostics
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Robust communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain repairs to customers

Pay: $37.00-$39.50 per hour
