Reporting to the Senior Supervisor of Operations, you will manage all dumps ensuring compliance with Geotechnical Standards. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a self-starting attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. As part of the Autonomous Haulage System, you will work on dynamic road systems and assess operating conditions while following a 4x4 day/night schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in health and safety programs and policies • Oversee dumps to maintain safety and efficiency standards • Analyze data and advise on monitor placements • Collaborate with AHS Central Controllers and Pit Supervisors • Conduct audits in both AOZ and conventional operations
Requirements: • Minimum two years of open pit mining experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite® • Knowledge of autonomous haulage systems is an asset • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
