Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze materials and labor needed for project execution • Craft summaries of quantities based on plans and specs • Establish project-specific pricing for labor and equipment • Build and sustain client and trade relationships • Review subcontractor bids for bid document alignment
Requirements: • University degree or construction estimation diploma • Minimum 8 years of estimating experience in ICI • In-depth knowledge of excavation and formwork • Proven ability to mentor junior team members • Experience with industry-standard estimation software
