We are hiring for the position of a part-time Physiotherapy Aide/Receptionist for our ST JAMES location!
As an aide/receptionist you will work alongside assisting the Physiotherapist, as well as performing reception duties.
Duties include:
Bringing back patients
Making heat/ice packs
Maintenance of rooms and equipment
Doing laundry
Booking appointments
Sending visits off to insurance companies
Taking payments
Order supplies and tracking inventory
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service
Solid communication skills
Precise attention to detail
Ability to work in a busy setting
Professional and reliable
Strong computer skills
This is a part time position, candidates must be available to work Monday to Thursday with shifts from 9 -3 or 4pm. There may be flexibility to pick up an extra shift whether that be at our Portage clinic or one of our other clinics.
Candidate should be service-oriented, flexible, capable of multitasking, have excellent phone skills and enjoy working in a busy environment.
