Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Front Desk to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong office skills, great customer service skills, and a friendly demeanor to support both clients and staff effectively. As this position is a customer facing job, we would like to require candidates applying can speak fluent English.

Duties
Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using our own operating system. Training provided.
Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and organized at all times
Provide customers information on our products, quoting on common items.

Experience
Prior print shop experience is required, one year minimum.
Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and customer service best practices




Proficiency in basic computer skills
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective customer support
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace

This role requires a friendly qualified who can manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
