Responsibilities:
Provide qualified esthetician services to clients, including facials, body sugaring , and body treatments
Conduct consultations with clients to assess their skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments
Perform product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and homecare products
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and increase revenue
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all safety and sanitation protocols
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout their visit
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics to provide the best possible service to clients

Experience:




Previous experience as an esthetician or in a similar role is preferred
previous experience in body sugaring hair removal
Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent guest services
Proven ability to upsell services and retail products to increase sales
Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in the spa industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Retail sales experience is beneficial

-complete aesthetics certificate an asset
