Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional skills to operate and maintain the resort infrastructure, with a welcoming personality for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Ensure all facilities are operating to code
Ability to fix and/or assess plumbing, septic, hydro issues
Road maintenance
Upkeep of common areas, including showers/laundry/bathrooms
General campground duties (fire pit site clean up, wood stacking)
Work with Resort Manager to ensure all facilities are running smoothly
Landscaping of resort; lawn/weeds/trees trimmed, fallen tree/branch removal (within capability)
Organize the maintenance team to operate efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the resort
Safe operation of all equipment (tractor, lawn mower, trimmers)
General handyman work,



ability to maintain resort equipment (RVs/tractors/golf carts/power tools)

Qualifications:
Previous experience in handyman/maintenance is a must.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
