Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean kitchen workplace.
Support meal preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and setting up stations efficiently.
Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper temperature checks and hygiene practices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout each shift.




Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs.
Cook on flat and fryer, for guest requests

Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling standards.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
Experience working in a rapid-paced kitchen setting is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
A proactive attitude toward learning current skills related to meal preparation and food service operations.
