Millwright – Heavy Equipment

Frontline Machinery is a rapid‑growing, family‑owned heavy equipment dealership serving customers across BC to Ontario, including the Yukon and NWT. We specialize in aggregate crushing & screening, wood grinding, and waste shredding.

We’re looking for a Millwright who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and understands the importance of uptime, safety, and doing the right thing.

What You’ll Do
Service, repair, diagnose, and maintain crushers, screeners, conveyors, shredders, and related equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electric‑over‑hydraulic systems
Read schematics and technical manuals to complete repairs correctly the first time
Accurately document work completed using electronic work orders
Work safely, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency to minimize downtime
Support both customer‑owned and Frontline‑owned equipment
Work indoors and outdoors; occasional weekend work required

What We’re Looking For
Licensed Millwright, Journeyman, Apprentice, or equivalent trade designation
3+ years of Millwright experience (aggregate or heavy equipment experience is an asset)




Solid mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, welding, and electrical diagnostics
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the physical demands of the trade
Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for service documentation
Team‑first mindset, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
Honest, dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn new equipment and technologies
