Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Advisor (DBA) to join our Dr. Barbara Sturm counter at Holt Renfrew Calgary. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury retail workplace and is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized, high-touch client consultations and skincare recommendations
Drive sales performance and consistently achieve sales targets
Build and maintain a strong client book through clienteling and follow-up
Ensure the counter is maintained to luxury visual merchandising standards
Support in-store events, animations,



and brand activations
Stay up to date with product knowledge and brand storytelling

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury beauty or skincare retail
Strong sales mindset with a proven track record
Passion for skincare and client experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work adaptable retail hours (including weekends)
Mandarin or a second language is an asset
