The Service Advisor position is full-time, permanent, and the ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
· Minumum 2 years Experience
· Must have some basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
· Work in a fast-paced environment
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
· Must be accurate, detail oriented, and organized

Job Duties Include:
· Greeting customers, assessing their needs, and recommending services
· Booking appointments and scheduling technicians
· Preparing and explaining service estimates
· Opening, closing, and managing service orders.
· Ensuring service orders are complete, accurate, and detailed in accordance with company and Subaru requirements




· Guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction
· Coordinating between departments to ensure accurate and timely repairs are performed
· Receiving payments and ensuring all labour time is invoiced
· Certifying all warranty service orders are completed to manufactures standards
· Maintaining a clean, presentable, and organized work space
· Other duties as outlined by management
