Responsibilities for a Security Shift Supervisor
Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity
Check identification and control access to secure areas
React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks
Partner with law enforcement during responsible incidents
Ensure the shift responsibilities and tasks are completed to quality
Qualifications for a Security Shift Supervisor
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid security license
First aid certification
Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
Ability to write concise reports
