As a key member of the Speech Language Pathology team, you will assist speech language pathologists by providing direct and indirect care. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and indirect client care for adults and children • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team • Demonstrate professionalism in client and family-centered care • Participate in client evaluations and monitoring under supervision • Assist with quality improvement and program planning
Requirements: • Completion of a diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program • Ability to wear lead shielding for diagnostic imaging • Preferred experience in speech language pathology • Knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) • Transparent criminal record check required
