WestGen, a farmer-owned organization serving dairy and beef producers across Western Canada, is seeking a Financial Controller for an in office role in Abbotsford, BC. You will oversee accounting processes, prepare financial statements, and provide strategic insights to support long-term planning.
You will lead month-end close, budgeting, and compliance, manage intercompany activity, and collaborate with leadership to optimize financial systems and controls, including ERP ownership.
