Vancity is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing, Personalization & Automation Manager to turn growth strategy into scalable, personalized member journeys. You’ll lead the marketing tech roadmap, CRM, and applied AI initiatives, collaborating across Marketing, IT, Data, CRM, AI, and Risk.
The role is full time, based at our Vancouver head office with a hybrid mode and in-person collaboration expected. You’ll report to the Director, Research and Insights, and drive measurable growth.
